Jessica pays our bills, issues receipts and checks when needed. reconciles bank accounts. She also assists JoAnne with the preparation of a budget and monitors it carefully.

JoAnne maintains our QuickBooks account, tracks RCT’s financial status, and provides financial reports. She also deposits all monies received in the RCT's bank account.

Cagney promotes RCT productions. She also reviews our marketing pieces, maintains our website, social media sites and creates the yearbook. She is also responsible for obtaining photos of all RCT events.

Terrena is in charge of Saturday School. She supervises the teachers and aides, reviews lesson plans, and assists with discipline management.
