Yes, that should be fine. It would be preferable that the PayPal account holder be present, but not necessary.

i printed the paypal email receipt is that ok? and does the person whos name is on the paypal account receipt have to be present to get tickets?

If you purchase your tickets through PayPal, simply print out your PayPal receipt and bring it to the theater. This is your ticket
